Top Rugby Training Camps
Yes, the new season is a couple of months away, but now is the time to put the conditioning work in, which will help you be fit throughout the next season for playing Rugby and help avoid injury.
If you are serious about it and want to be in top shape, it is best to go to a camp rather than to your local club. It will be more intense and hurtful, but the results will speak for themselves.
Ensure you have travel insurance, though pre-season can be challenging and injuries happen.
The main three objectives of pre-season Training
