Snowboarding Insurance Cover
Medical Expenses: If you are injured whilst snowboarding, the medical expenses and repatriation back to your home will be covered.
Search and Rescue: If you must be taken to a hospital or clinic after an accident whilst snowboarding, we cover this and an air ambulance if required.
Snowboarding Equipment: If your snowboarding equipment is lost, stolen or damaged, we will cover the cost of replacement equipment.
Main Exclusions
Extreme Snowboarding: Some types of Snowboarding may be excluded, or your purchased policy might not cover some pistes and routes. It is best to check with the resort about limitations and restrictions.
Competition Snowboarding: If you plan to participate in any snowboarding competitions, contact us for a quote.
Snowboarding and Alcohol: If you are snowboarding and have had a few drinks, you might find any claims invalid.
Injury without Correct Protection: If you have an accident and injure yourself, a claim might not be valid if you have not worn the correct clothing or equipment, such as a Helmet and Goggles.

Snowboarding is fun; you should make the most of the days and have a great trip. Some travel tips to keep in mind:
- Make sure you have all the correct equipment with you.
- Ensure you follow basic slippery etiquette so you do not injure anyone else. Check the weather forecast before travelling and when on your trip.
Pre-Existing Medical Conditions
If you have been Snowboarding before and may have had an injury or accident while participating in snowboarding, you must declare this when purchasing a policy.
