What Does a Couple Policies Cover?
A typical couples policy will cover medical expenses and Repatriation, Personal Liability, Cancellation and Personal Property.
Also, the benefits of the purchased policy will be per person. This is important to note so you know that you have to cancel the trip; you will both be entitled to the amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits for each of you.
The higher cover options usually include extra covers such as Money, Travel Delays, and Scheduled Airline Failure.
