Will I receive a letter from the pre screening medical screening company after I have called them?

Yes you will. This will contain the final decision regarding your pre existing medical condition as well as a summary of the answers you have given. If the decision is not what you expected or is different from the decision by telephone, then please call the screening company again to check the decision and inform us of any changes to the decision by calling us on 0844 848 1500 or via email support@jsinsurance.co.uk
